Requirement Engineer
Together with our customers, we define next generation citizen experience systems to strengthen social cohesion and sustainable use of resources.
We are a mixed team with lots of experience in billing and customer relationship management.
We need you to listen to customers, capture their specific needs and environment, and map their requirements to existing and new components in a technical architecture.
While social science candidates with relevant experience will be considered, a technical background (e.g. from software development) is advantageous.
Versatility in requirement management systems such as Jira/Confluence based approaches and in multiparty projects (including experience in project management office or project management) is welcome.
Work may be partly remote, but presence in the respective project team and at customer sites may be required at times.
SInce the first customers of our new systems will be in Germany, willingness to learn German will be a requirement. Courses can be provided.

Verification Engineer
Together with our customers, we define next generation citizen experience systems to strengthen social cohesion and sustainable use of resources.
We are a mixed team with lots of experience in billing and customer relationship management.
We need you to to develop verification strategies and specific test cases for generic and project specific parts of our systems.
Versatility with Jira/Xray based requirement and test management and in multi-party, multi-component verification is welcome, as well as a track record for analysis to pinpoint the right party to fix undesired behaviour in their system component.
We need customer focused testing skills („how would a customer bring this system down“) and, if possible, test automation capabilities to translate manual tests into automated test cases and realistic load tests. Much of our testing (manual and automatic) is API-based, with tools such as Postman or SoapUI.

Backend Developer
Together with our customers, we define next generation citizen experience systems to strengthen social cohesion and sustainable use of resources.
We are a mixed team with lots of experience in billing and customer relationship management.
Some components of our systems are provided by partners and customers, while some glue components are new and may have to be adapted to specific project requirements. We will choose multi-tenant microservice or customer-specific cloud instance approaches depending on the standardization level of our customers. Customers shall be able to use their own identity management via OAuth.
In addition to backends, corporate partners will need portals with API-based automation capabilities. For customers, productive solutions will integrate into existing apps via APIs. However, experience with demo app development – preferrably multi-OS e.g. using flutter – is welcome.
